PlekoBarr T is a single component fluid applied Air & Water Resistive Barrier made of specially designed elastomeric synthetic polymer that cures to a tough monolithic membrane. PlekoBarr T is applied by trowel, roller or brush to external walls to eliminate air infiltration and provide a seamless protection against water penetration and other water intrusion. The rough profile created will serve as an excellent surface for adhesively attaching insulation boards.
